the listed motherboard is a must since it will make your computer futureproof since it will support the new line of AMD CPUs which will be released this year.

And GPU after rebate - $130

well athlon's and phenoms are being weeded out and done by q1 2012, so the prices will be dropping and bd is around the corner if you'd like to wait and you can sav up some more.
