well we have at@t dsl at work i can connect to some sites but somehow others are blocked anyway to be able to connect to my mail or ebay thank you we have a wired system with a big white box on the wall going to a littler white box then going to a modem then across room to a router which connects 3 computers ,also i plugged my laptop into the modem directly still could not connect to internet any help appreciated .thanks
