help with BSOD

A friend just got a hold of me looking for some help.
He has a Toshiba Satellite e105. At start-up he gets a BSOD with this message 'shutting down to protect the computer and is fixable'. Any suggestions on what the first few options I have to find out what's wrong?

Thank you

Follow these specific instructions on how to get the bluescreenview log.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Seems the problem is your intel wifi driver.

NETw5v64.sys

What is the exact model number of laptop? You should have another series of letter and numbers after the E105
