Help with built to order computer

[BigRieg]

Can someone assist me in building a computer around $1500-$1600 from
www.cyberpowerpc.com, or anywhere that's maybe better. I need a new computer for simulation programming degree and don't want to make a mistake of buying an outdated, or soon to be, system.
