Help with buying graphics card.

Hey. I just Bought a new Hp desktop. It has intel core 2 q8200 quad core processor. It has 8 gig ram. DDR2 or DDR3 i dont know but im thinkin ddr2 because of the price. it has 640 gig harddrive. it has intel intergrated graphics card and i want to know what would be the best graphics card for it with a good budget. i plan to use photoshop cs4 and some gaming.

I agree - great card for the money - I just spent 115 A/R at Newegg - and it was worth every penny. I just checked - what card are you talking about at 80 bucks?
