help with buying win xp

I am going to be building a new computer soon, and will need a new copy of win xp home. My question is what is the cheapest legal way to get it? Here is a link of one of the cheapest i can find. http://www.edirectsoftware.com/product.php?product_id=16135
Is this all that I need? I'm sure someone I know can help me install it and build the computer.

The only thing about that is, it doesn't say if it has sp2 included in it. but that is really cheap. The OEM version of XP is $89 at tigerdirect. What you link there is the OEM version.

SP2 is free anyway, you can download it from the MS site or anywhere else that has it..... it doesnt cost.... And yeh, that is seriously cheap.

Ohh and I'm pretty sure most large stores (Like Circuit City) will give you a discount on it if you tell them you're building your own. Just be sure to buy a few components from them to make it convincing.
