Help with Capture Card needed.

Hello again ComputerForum!
Well, I have just purchased a ClimaxDigital VCAP305 Capture Card. I want to record some of my xbox 360 gameplay, but these games need to be on PAL-60 to play according to my console. Putting it on this setting makes the output on the capture card look black and white and wibbly.
After doing some research, it seemed that I had to select NTSC_433 to allow it to run in colour.
Problem is, the software I got with the card, "One Touch Grabber" doesnt have an "NTSC_433" option. Instead, I get these.
NTSC_M
NTSC_M_J
PAL_BDHIG
PAL_M
PAL_N
SECAM_BDGHK
SECAM_L

I have found noone else with this problem, Ive even looked on forums where people have the exact same capture card as me and have had the option. Im very confused.

Can you update the software?

You could always get a Hauppauge HD PVR.

No, I cannot update. I have the latest version as I have re-downloaded the one off the official site and still had the same problem.

Why would you record in NTSC if you are using PAL? From what I remember NTSC =/= PAL and they aren't compatible...

Return it and get the Hauppauge HD PVR
