Help with Computer Build for friend

Hey people,

I have only built one computer and it was really basic,

My friend wants me to build him one, can you give me advice on what i have set up so far?

He mostly uses it to download videos, and stream videos online. And converting video files to ipad compatible format.

He says right now it takes him about 1.5 hours to convert 1.4g of video into acceptable ipad format.

Is this set up going to lower that time. What should i change out?
