Which cpu cooling system would you choose if you want to overclock a little bit want it to be somewhat quiet, and dont want to spend over $40.

In case you didnt figure out I cant decide on a cooling heat sink and fan.

Please explain why you picked what you did.

What CPU do you have? Is the socket AM2? 775? 1366? Cant choose a cooler without knowing this..
