I am looking to build a Gaming/Work Desktop. I am looking to keep it in the price range I already have but if you know of a better part or one part not working good with another please let me know as I am new to this.

I want to run a 22" widescreen. I need good reccomendations for any items I listed, How big of a power supply to run and a case that will run this fan...

Don't get the 7900 wait until the 8600 Ultra is out. It's only 170 and will beat the crap out of the 7900.
