Help With FABLE

Is anyone that is playing Fable on the Xbox having any troubles getting past the part in the game, where you go down the path and have to get past all the bandits and at the same time collect all 5 items of the bandit suit out of the chests? I have tried many times getting through this, and when you actually fight back, the bandits almost kill you right away.... I have tried running through it too, but have been unable to find the chest with the Bandit Gloves in them before I get killed... anyone have any tips or ideas to help?

Oh :( Fable.....I want that so bad...but we cant get it yet :(
 
I didn't really have a problem with it. Just go step by step, taking out bandits as you go. They're quite hard, but if you've got a good weapon and armor, you shouldn't have much of a problem.
 
YAY...i'm going over to my older brothers tommorow and he's got it off his friend for two weeks...so I get to play it :D but I have to work so I wont have heaps of time on it :(
 
Yeah I finally found out where all the chests where, a few of them are hidden quite good. It works good if you just run through as best you can trying to dodge the arrows and swords coming at you and try to make it to the chests each time before the bandits kill you, since they cant doing anything while you are opening the chest.. Using the potion to give you more health when you get hit also helps too.
 
Well the thing is, you get a sword and a bow&arrow, but it still takes forever to kill even one guy, and when they all attack you at once, your death is enevitable...
 
I had no troubles getting through, just take it one "base" part at a time. After you clear one, go back to the first (I think it's the first), there's a bedroll so you can sleep and heal yourself.

I agree it does take ages to kill even one guy....the best way though (I figured out) Was to get the Berserk spell, and push and run up to em and KNOCK EM DOWN :P when they all attack you just use push :D and use beserk to take em down hell QUICKER.
 
i think that it may be that you just suck at the game, if you get stuck on summin that early on in the game then u dont have much chance later on!
