Help with fan setup

Hello all. Finalizing my new build. I picked out this case because I like the styling and the cable management.

Now, it has the 220mm fan on the side, but because of reviews and that my CPU cooler might interfere, I'm thinking of replacing it with a couple of 120mms. I'm already getting another one for the top, but I'm thinking of how I should set them up, IE, which ones pulling, which ones pushing. Here's my original idea:

The four arrows in the middle represent 4 120mm fans on the case door. Two cooling the GPU, and two cooling the CPU/RAM. Only thing I'm concerned with is the CPU cooler's fan spinning too fast because of the extra air coming in it.

My other idea was the have one of the top fans pushing, and the other pulling, kind of creating a vortex of sorts. Also had the same idea for the GPU case fans, also.

My other question is should the fan behind the MoBo be pushing air to the MoBo or pulling from it?

Suggestions?

The Corsair is bigger than the case you selected volumewise.
The Corsair is Broader and Deeper than the case you chose but is 1.9' shorter.
And It is of amazing Build quality,

I would go with the corsair any day.

Oh, I suppose it is. I figured all mid towers were too small to my liking. I may consider it.

It has similar fan setups so I really would like to know what you guys think would be the best fan setup for my system.
