Help with Graphics card

I have a GeForce 9600GT which was working perfectly well for about a year. Then all of a sudden it appers with the booting up screen and dosen't change. after that it restarts and comes up with that "start windows in safe mode?". Above it says that it suffered a power fail. I think it maybe the intergreated graphics that's using up some power but i'm not sure......:confused: could someone help me?


Also I have a 550w PSU

Ok, this is what I got:

AMD Athlon Processor 3500+ (2.2 GHz)
2x2GB Corsair XMS2 DDR225
250 GB HDD
Intergrated NVIDA GeForce 6150LE 3D
Window XP Media Center Edition

It's not much but I'm slowy working on it. I'm hoping to get a new Proccessor soon.
