My hotmail account has been hacked into, and my password and secret question has been changed. I was just wondering if there was any way to get the password from MSN. I know I probably can't do this, as I have no proof that the account is mine. Is there any way I can contact hotmail to shut down the account? It has a lot of personal things, like business documents.

Nope. Hotmail will do nothing for exactly the reason you mentioned. You can't prove it's yours and that you're not trying to close down someone else's account.

why not hack your account and change the password and secuirty question

actually....i think it is exactly like sirkenin said...hotmail has a thing when you sign up you put in another email address for things such as this so all you can do is have them reset it and send the details to this email

It depends how long ago the account was made,a couple years ago they didnt have an option to input a 2nd email for purposes like these.

What is your email address? If he is online on your account I can probably hack it back!! What would I get for hacking it back?

Hotmail Account

I've been told that my partners ex wife has got access to my hotmail account... Can anyone help me as to find out if she has...? Is there anyway of knowing that when I send or receive emails that she has access to them...??? or does it trace back to her email account...?
