Help with identifying a video card?

Im a new person to these forums here, so if i need to move this somewhere else, please let me know.


I recently bought an hp media center pc form a friend of mine, with an issue that i talked to another friend of mine, and he suggested that its the video card. If i post a picture of the video card, can you people help me identify it?

Most likely but if you got xp then you can right click on your desktop and click setting and where it says display it usually says the monitor and the video card running it.
 
well there's a problem, apparently the person i bought it from had a power surge and the pc was in a surge supressor but still got hit. It powers up and everything, but the screen is black.
