help with installing vista 64BIT ultimate please??

Hi,

my setup is

4GB corsair 800MHZ ram,
AMD athlon 64 2.8
2 X zotac 8600GTS (in sli)
anus m2n32ws pro mobo.

ive been trying to install vista 64BIT ultimate, but keep getting the same error.
it freezes on this screen (below) bwell not a total freeze because i can still move the mouse..

i read somwhere that it was my 4GB ram, so i took out 2 but still the same thing happend..

then i tried 1GB and same again!

ive also tried 2GB with just 1 GPU and same..

any ideas on how to nake this work??
