help with keyboard

hi, i have just bourght a new usb keyboard as my other ps2 keyboard broke.
everytime i press the key "t" the computer shuts down, everytime i press "j" the computer goes in standby, there is a function key (Fn) but i cant figure out if its on or off and had no luck with that, the normal hotkeys work fine on the top (power, wake and sleep) but i seem to have the extra ones
i am running windows xp sp2.

Do you have cd with keyboards drivers/software?
You should be able to do the settings in there (after instalation :) ).
Or you can check Keyboard properties in Control panel.
