Help with mas storage device purchase

Hi all, I need to add a mass storage solution to my home network and in looking for the most affordable solution I came accross the Netgear sc101

http://netgear.com/products/details/SC101.php

thing is that it says it's only compatible with 'ATA6 or above IDE (Parallel ATA) hard disks' so I went over to NewEgg.com and in looking for IDE drives, these are the choices I have in terms of hard drives:

IDE Ultra ATA100
IDE Ultra ATA133
Serial ATA150
SATA 3.0Gb/s

Would these drives be compatible with this unit? http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.asp?N=2010150014+4018+1035907789&Submit=ENE&SubCategory=14

Does IDE Ultra still use the old IDE type connectors? or do they use the new serial ATA type? I just don't want to get this unit and then get stock having to get small capacity drives.

ide ultra is the same connector. pretty much anything that says ide or ata without serial before it is good.
