Help with my first build

What do you think to this for my first build? I'm looking for a low cost build that will do general computing, a bit of photoshop and will play The Sims 3 with expansion packs on high settings. I'm pretty sure the graphics card will do it and all the other specs are ok but because of my inexperience I'm not sure if everything I've picked is compatible or if I've made any silly mistakes. Any advice you could give me would be really welcome.

Save 90p and get this instead http://www.scan.co.uk/products/microsoft-windows-8-64bit-dvd-oem-the-most-popular-one!. Much faster OS, and never buy old OS when newer is available.

This (http://www.scan.co.uk/products/8gb-...pc3-12800-(1600)-non-ecc-cas-9-9-9-24-xmp-15v) saves you 8 pounds and gives greater performance.

GPU looks okay, but you can get better performance used http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PALIT-GEF...raphics_Video_TV_Cards_TW&hash=item4ac262d967 (it is about equal to a HD 6770 or GTX550ti)
 
PSU - Silverstone 500W on sales. It is just 12p more.
However, I suggest you consider XFX 450W and Corsair CX430 as well.
