W winstont11 New Member Sep 10, 2009 #24 I'd like to be able to help you, I believe I am having the same issue you are having. I was told I might need to buy a new hard drive. If I find a fix I'll let you know. It wont do you any good now, but I thought I would tell you. Good luck! Melissa
