Help with my video Card

Hi, I've got this problema with my video card. Well its new and its working very well except when I run a Game. Some or most of the 3D Layers are missing but I can play the game without the Card, without any problem. And it happens the same with other games. You'll see an example in the attachment. I know that it's not the video card cause I used to have an old one b4 the one that I have right now and the same happened (no 3d Layers.) I guess it's a configuration problem.

PC: Durom 1300+, Mother Board SIS 730(Integrated, I know, Old and sucks), PC 133 SD RAM 256
Video Card:Nvidia MSI MX 400-T128 VGA 4X
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 "Original" (Installed about 2 weeks ago)

I hope that with that information you can help me, please anyone help me.

Just a guess but maybe it's the lack of pixel and vertex shader support of that card?

And the card is a MSI GeForce4 MX4000-T128 not 400. Just saying so you guys have it easier finding info on it.
