help with networking??

ok i was told that there is a way i can control what computer or device is using my wierless from my computer.. (being able to shut off or restrict each computer..and or console) im having issues with my nat and wanna be able to set who has the open nat.. who has strict.. and who has moderate.

If you login to your router via a web browser on your computer, you can see what clients are currently connected, and block the ones that you don't want to access your network.
