help with new budget video card

I currently have ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series (0x5954) in my Compaq Presario SR1603WM. I want to upgrade but I dont need anything crazy. I mainly want to be able to have dual monitors and play some games. I dont want to have to upgrade my processor either, I am not looking to spend a whole lot, but I definately dont want junk. I've kinda been looking at this...

What do you guys think, is this a decent upgrade?

What type of budget are you on??? Because you might need something a little better.... what CPU do you currently have?
 
ok, yes if i had the money i would get the 8800...but i dont, plus i dont really have the need for something like that. i am mainly trying to run dual monitors (17" + 22"wide), and maybe play the occasion game (if it helps to know a game, nfs prostreet, and madden come to mind). i have the AMD Sempron 3200+ 1.8GHz cpu, and i do have a pci express. i would really like not to spend any more than 100. thanks
