Hey everyone, looking for some advice on a new build. I recently sold both my old dells (xp1645 laptop and an old inspiron desktop) in order to buy a new xps 15. However, work is providing me with a laptop now so I am going to build a desktop.
budget would be up to $1000 when finished, I have an OS already and a small hard drive to start. No need for monitor either.
Software being used: visio, oracle, visual studio, photoshop, (need video editing software), along with Diablo 3, starcraft 2.
I was thinking about starting with this......
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($314.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Intel DZ75ML-45K Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($84.40 @ Outlet PC)
Memory: Corsair 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($34.99 @ Amazon)
Wireless Network Adapter: Rosewill RNX-N600UBE 802.11a/b/g/n USB 2.0 Wi-Fi Adapter ($28.24 @ Amazon)
Case: Rosewill BlackHawk ATX Mid Tower Case ($85.65 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Rosewill Capstone 650W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($84.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Asus BC-12B1ST/BLK/B/AS Blu-Ray Reader, DVD/CD Writer ($54.98 @ Amazon)
Total: $688.24
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

then adding in this a few weeks down the road.
Memory: Corsair 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($34.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 830 Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($159.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB Video Card ($167.98 @ Newegg)
Sound Card: Creative Labs Recon3D PCIe 24-bit 96 KHz Sound Card ($54.99 @ Newegg)
