Help with new build

I would like some advice on a new build. I am looking to build my dad a computer. His budget is 500$. The only thing he will have is a monitor. He just needs to surf the net to check his email. The only game he plays is hearts. Any advice would be great, I am done with my build, Thanks for all of your help.
