Thats what I'm talking about, since you are using the bus to overclock, its raising the memory speed to. If you have DDR2 800 it runs at 400mhz. Yours is at 430/860mhz.
If you set the bus back to 200 and use the multi you dont have to worry about your HT and memory speed and voltage, they will stay at stock settings. Start raising your X, when it gets unstable start raising your CPU voltage. With water cooling you can go as high as 1.5 CPU voltage, just keep a eye on your CPU temps.
