help with newegg

When i click "add to cart" i get to a page that says the item was sent to the cart, but when i check the cart it is empty. When i send one of the "what other people bought" items to the cart, it works.

My cookies are enabled and I'm logged in. Any ideas?

A problem on Newegg's end? Try talking with one of the customer service reps. you can do live chats or call them.

i just ordered some stuff off newegg a little while ago and it worked fine.
