Help with possible virus and malware

Well I did a scan last night to see if things were ok on my system and I used Webroot System Analyzer to scan and it found these: (whats in the red boxes in the pic.) But neither Microsoft Security Essentilas/SUPERantispyware/Malewarebytes didn't find anything. I have the log for both if needed.

Would need to see what files they consider malware and adware. That is actually geek squad and wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.
 
My system runs fine and I think they just use that to make money... IMO
I have also ran ComboFix and I am not sure what any of that crap in the log means? I wanna make sure thoguh, So does anyone think HiJackThis is nessarcarey? I have never used it before, but I have tried everything else.
 
There should be a place in that program to tell you what files it considers to be malware. Find it and give us a file list.
 
if MSE didnt find any threats and IF you have updated your MSE, then i agree with John, geek squad is not on my list of "trust"
 
Oh my, I just restarted and now my fans are running faster than normal And a Command window came up with something named c:/users/carey/app data/temp/ and something else. I went in and deleted the ComboFix file from my drive and my fans still won't stop. Gonna restart again. And Please take a look at these files on my C:/ drive. Some were modified today? And some just showed up. Should I delete any of these?

I need to see some logs from programs that are trustworthy. Start here.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here or here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Please keep updating until it says you have the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • A log will be saved automatically which you can access by clicking on the Logs tab within Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

If you continue to experience problems after doing this, please post a HijackThis log by doing the following:

Download the HijackThis installer from here.
Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

Most of what HijackThis lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

Post the logfile that HijackThis produces along with the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log

It's running.
My computer is acting like normal accept for the fan speed. But I did notice some unusal things after running ComboFix that I downloaded from the link in Security Software Thread.

You know, I do wish there was a program that would send something to a virus/trojan/spyware/malware that all in all crashed the the virus's source and the virus. That would be awesome.

The fan speed could be from the system overheating. How warm is it in the room where the computer is?
 
I think I just fixed it! That overheating questing made me think of the side vents and where my computer is under my desk, So my PC was up against the side of my desk blocking the vents from when I rearanged my room the other day. I pulled it out and it seemed to quiet down some after a few seconds...
 
Also, you might want to open the case and blow out all the dust bunnies if you haven't done it in a long time, use a can of compressed air. Make sure there is no blockage in the cpu cooling fan.
 
I am gonna just blow it out with our air compressor, Not to close so I won't due damage. The air was coming from the side so it was the fan and heatsink. Not likley to be the rear fan.

You need to update malwarebytes as you are using definitions that are many months old, probably close to a year old.

Open malwarebytes, click on the update tab, click on check for updates. Keep checking for updates until it says you have the latest version then rerun a quick scan and post the log.


You have to update malwarebytes every time you run it as they make updates daily for it, sometimes twice a day or more.

Ok, now you are clean. Remember to update malwarebytes every few days to keep it updated. That way in case you get infected again it will be somewhat recent.
