help with promagic plus worm

I just ran a virus scan using avast free anti virus and it found a virus/ worm called promagic plus. when i Tried to move it to the virus chest it said access denied, So I tried to delete it and that was denied also. Does anybody know a program that will remove this worm from my computer. Thanks

try in safe mode first, because probably the file is locked and in used, if safe mode won't work download Avira Antivir , so far Avira has proven to delete everything in sight..lol (as far as im aware) www.avira.com/
if still it wont remove it i suggest you do it manually using unlocker

re promagic worm

I ran a virus scan in safe mode and it did not allow me to delete it either. So I installed avira antivirus and ran the scan and it didnt detect the vurus. Then I installed the unlocker software and that didnt work either because I couldnt open the program
