the best wud be like cas latency 2...well close to it..for pc3200 anyways..im not an expert on RAM but ive bought it before and am fairly educated bout it

but other stuff matters rather then just the cas latency

The speed is good for DDR (3200, DDR400) but the CAS latnecy is a little higher, the lower the better. The normal is 2.0 2.5 and 3.0, 2.0 is GOOD, 2.5 is normal, and 3.0 is a little slower.

A lot of computers are not compatible with high density RAM; might want to check to see if yours is.
