Help with replacement for L7VMM2

Hi guys, new here and looking for a little help. I'm a newbie when it comes to computer hardware, but I'm a quick learner and have a fair amount of computer knowledge.

So here's what I'm looking for:

My parents have an eMachines with an AMD XP2000 (I believe). It has the L7VMM2 mobo. Damn thing wouldn't turn on. I was down at school so they took it to Best Buy and they found that the the psu is good and the mobo is dead.

I'm looking for a cheap reliable replacement that will reuse the existing processor. Any recommendations would be awesome!

My other question is on the actual install. Hooking it up will be easy, but what will I need to install/adjust to get it up and running?

Thanks!
Dan

You're pretty limited my friend, socket A (462) mother boards are rare to find and more at cheap prices, the only one decent enough on price would be this, but i can't guarantee that it'll fit on your case, and also that it doesn't have integrated video which means you would need a cheap agp video card
