Help with Smartdoctor

So I'm just sitting here surfing and I notice that the fan on my card is really loud, like it's running at maybe 60%. No Problem, I'll just open SmartDoctor and set the fan speed to auto... except I can't find the SmartDoctor control panel. I can't turn Smartdoctor off or I might uninstall it and reinstall. I'm new to Windows 7 and not sure where to look for my list of programs that are starting at launch to keep the program from staring up automatically. I did a restore to a couple days ago but that didn't fix the deal.

Any Suggestions?

On the other hand have you blown it out lately?
All the computer outside. Static free air from any office supply.
including the powersupply and motherboard.

Tremmor... ThankYou... I'm glad to know where my startup is. Unfortunately I'm not seeing SmartDoctor listed in my startup menu. On the blowing it out front, I'm sure that's something I'll want to keep an eye on but at this point the computer's only 2 weeks old. Also the case (902) has filters that look to be very clean, still.

I did a diagnostic startup and the good news was that Smartdoctor didn't turn on, but neither did the software needed to uninstall Smartdoctor.

I did unenable Catalyst from my startup menu and at least the fan isn't going nuts, however I still can't use smartdoctor. I also haven't figured out how to turn it off for the sake of uninstalling it.
