help with startup problem

I downloaded dvdfab and ever since, when my computer starts up after the logo screen when it should go to the desktop, it shows the mouse cursor on a black screen for about 30-40 seconds, I can move the mouse on the screen. after about 30-40 seconds it goes to the desktop, but very slowly. I've tried uninstalling it but it didn't work. any idea why or what is happening?
 
Where did you download this program from?

Most likely you have loaded malware along with it. Please do the following to see if that is true.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here or here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Please keep updating until it says you have the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • A log will be saved automatically which you can access by clicking on the Logs tab within Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

If you continue to experience problems after doing this, please post a HijackThis log by doing the following:

Download the HijackThis installer from here.
Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

Most of what HijackThis lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

Post the logfile that HijackThis produces along with the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log

still did it. I downloaded dvdfab from the dvdfab website, also i have a western digital velociraptor hard drive. I was reading online about this problem and I saw two or three people with the same hard drive and problem. so maybe its something with the hard drive. O and I should add that this happened once before, so I sent the hard drive back and they sent me a new one. it was fine at first but then when I installed dvdfab it started again.
 
Use a startup manager that manages your startup well.why dont you try advanced system optimizer,it well manages all startup from all users or current user.Well I am using ASO since long time & it is managing my win7 64 startups.It's really a amazing tool.
In case u need try download it from Download.com or Tucows :D

computer starts up fine now. I used advanced systemcare to uninstall dvdfab and anything with it, I think it was something in the registry.
