Dell Dimension Desktop 2400
756mb RAM

What power supply and GFX card should i upgrade to?

Isn't worth it zorin i would rather suggest you to save money for a new computer since the one you are using is pretty old and inverting money on it is a waste of time/money since it won't improve much
