help with Video Card

Hello,
I'm not so known in computers so I need someone to help me out.
I need a video card with 256mb for Red Alert 3, I need a cheap but good sollution.
My computer:
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.40GHz
1024MB RAM
Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG

First off, you're probably going to be limited to the lowest game resolutions with that current other hardware. I would at least double your RAM in addition to the video card. And what's the price range you had in mind for the video card?
