Help with video card

hey im buying one of these card right now http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102952 or this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150542 same specs exept the first one has an effective memory clock of 1600 and the second of 800mhz which one should i get?
is the 1600mhz against the 800 ganna make a big defference?

Well, its cheaper and a better brand, in my opinion, so I'd get the sapphire.

Having faster memory clock would help with AA and textures, that sort of thing. There will be some difference.
