Help with what to upgrade

Hey. I have
-am3 motherboard
-phenom ii x4 955 black edition at 3.6ghz on air
-4gb ddr3 1333mhz ram
-powercolor 7870 video card

and I want to run the latest games (far cry 3) on the highest settings. What is the best upgrade I can do for $100 to get rid of bottlenecks?
Thought about getting phenom ii x6 or more ram or just a liquid cooled processor cooler... not sure.

Just upgrade the ram to 8gb. What exact motherboard do you have? You should be able to play it at high settings now.
 
ga-790xta. i don't have much running in the background, so maybe 4gb is still good? I think i'm getting an H80i today.
