Help with wiring

Bah! I just can't get it to start!!!! I plugged out everything, and now I'm going to start all over, but I'm going to also try calling support. But, I have a question: When I pulled out the main power cable (The one with the 24 pins) It seems that one of them isn't there, so I have 23 pins, is that what's causing the problem?

Uh YEAH, to run you need all 24 pins (or 20 pins) plugged in. That could definately be what's causing your problems. Try another PSU or see if you can push that other pin back into its place.

Hmmm, no, I found out that's not the problem... I tried the stock psu that came with the case, but it still didn't work. Then, I checked the pin on the one that I am using right now, and noticed that it had 23 pins also, so that wasn't the case... What I'm guessing now, is either a faulty mobo, or a faulty ram? I was calling Newegg, but found out they only answer during the weekdays... So, now I'm tryign to get some customer support or something from the website.
