help with XP pls!

for some reasons i can't use my dvd-rom i have the xp instalation on my computer on disc D: i wanna install the windows on disc C:, is there a way to instal the xp without burning the cd?

What do you mean you can't use your dvdrom? Please explain your situation in more depth. What happens when you insert the XP disk in the drive and boot to it?

I don't have the XP disk... i have the instalation on my computer but i can't burn it 'cos everytime i try to there is some kind of the error in the burning... so i was wondering can i install the xp from the hard drive?

sorry dude...doesn't work like that. You would actually need a XP disk. You can only burn it if you download an .iso of a torrent or something(which is illegal). You can't just burn your installed directory's to a disk, it won't work.
