New to anything and everything PC. Starting a YouTube channel so looking for a build that can edit and render HD video. Not really going to be doing any other gaming on it other than CS:GO or minecraft. I have a budget of $800-$900. Any help would be great.

I built a very similar build to this for a client and they were extremely happy (4690K & R9 280). I added the extra fans because the 200R only comes with 2, and the Hyper 212 Evo with 1.

You could do this build on much more of a budget like so, but it's a little outdated, middle of the road as far as AMD goes and won't do much good in the long run as far as upgrades go: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/fTtFVn
