Sometimes I delete e-mails in my inbox by accident. As my e-mail is an online account (gmail, hotmail etc.) the deleted e-mails are unretrievable. Is there any way, I can develop a tool that can help me in getting back the emails I delete?
 
nope, there's no way of doing it, unless the mails were simply moved to a 'deleted items' folder on your webmail client. Why don't you just use an offline email program like mozilla thunderbird? http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/products/thunderbird/

That way when you accidentally delete something you can easily get it back by going to the 'deleted' folder and restoring it.
