help?

So i put a new processor in my computer yesterday. Its ran just fine since. But tonight the computer froze so i had to manually turn it off. Now when i try to power back up the montior, mouse, and keyboard dont have power, so pretty much the motherboard.

Im curious as to if its the new processor possible or the power supply.. ?

Pull the power plug outta the wall, wait, say, 5 seconds or more and plug it back in, then see what happens. If you've already tried this, I've heard clearing CMOS (take out the battery) can help, sometimes even unplugging all the cables inside will do the job.

So ive unconnected and reconnected all the wires. ive checked my power supply and its fine. is there any way the motherboard doesnt power up because of the new processor?
