help ??

when ever i click the start icon on the tool bar my mouse freezes and then my computer screen goes blank, but if i hit the icon on the keyboard it works fine???:confused:
 
Did this just start happening? Or has this been going on for quite some time? Have you tried doing a system restore back to when it was working fine?

no it just started today at ll am ill try and restore it to yesterday
