If i have this: Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.93GHz, 2926 Mhz, 1 Core, 1 Logical Processor.

Will i be able to upgrade it to this: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/142969

That's your processor. You processor goes onto your motherboard.

We need to know what brand and model motherboard you have.

You pretty much have one the best CPU's that motherboard will support. If you can overclock it go ahead, otherwise you need a brand new build.

It wouldn't take much to get a way better motherboard and CPU. Pick up a cheap but new $60 motherboard and a E3200 celeron dual core which is $53 on newegg right now. The new celeron's are way better than the older ones.
Oh, you'll also need some ddr2 ram though. A 2gb dual channel setup (2x1gb) will be like $30 for ddr2-800 ram.

Oh sorry you are in UK I'll give you links to ebuyer-

Thats stuff right there will make your PC so much faster than now you won't know what to do.

yes but it's only ddr ram not ddr2. Your ram won't work sorry it's old lol.

Those parts will make your PC seem like night and day.

What operating system are you running? XP?

Also, is your hard drive an IDE or Sata? How about your dvd rom, ide or sata? If you have an IDE hard drive you'll need to get a sata dvd rom, the new mother boards only have 1 IDE port now since most people don't have IDE stuff anymore.
So, you can keep your hard drive either way but I recommend a sata dvd burner-

Thats the one I have, it's very good. If you have a SATA hard drive and/or a SATA dvd rom than disregard all this as you don't need to worry or buy anything else then.

On the video card, yeah you should be able to run a great video card now BUT you'll be needing a power supply thats good enough. What power supply do you have? And also, what games do you play? Just trying to get a feel for what video card to recommend.

I'm currently running Windows 7 32BIT.

This is all the infomation i can find on my HDD's/DVD Drives. If you know a way i can find more infomation then let me know.

Hmm looks like you got a couple hard drives. Can you post a pic of the inside of your case? Specifically the hard drives and how they are arranged?
All of you drives are IDE so you'll be needing the SATA dvd rom for sure.

Yeah that cpu and just about any newer graphics card will play that game with ease.

Sorry i dont have a camera :/

Ah okay, could you recomend some?

Oh good :) Thats all i really want it to be able to do :D

Thank-youu!

Here's a SATA dvd burner, they aren't real expensive-

I'm just not sure how you have your hard drives arranged though, so I can't accurately give any tech help on how to configure the new setup.
Can you open the ''my computer'' window and give me a screen shot of that?
