we'll, i got this notebook from Japan, so all of its components and the language of the OS is in japanese. i reformat the OS and change it into english. anyway, im running windows XP on this notebook. the notebooks model is Type T gbl-t30 B/L.
I don't have the utility disc for the drivers..(i lost it, ughhh!) i had a chat session with the sony support and said that there is no available drivers for this model online and needs to contact the Japanese manufacturer for the drivers.. i purchased the recovery disc for my notebook directly from japan and what they gave me is the recovery disc running in nihongo.
my question is, will the recovery disc alter the preinstalled OS(english) and go back to japanese language? What will be the best solution for this one?
