is it possible to change a motherboard of an acer laptop to another motherboard of another laptop brand?
No. Unless you purchase a motherboard exactly the same, you will not be able to. (and then it's tricky becuase you have to deal with the keyboard, and other components "hardwired" into the laptop mobo. Also, in laptops there is no such standards like mATX, Mini ITX, ATX ect.
Each laptop Motherboard is unique to that manufacturer. It wouldn't be worth the risk trying to put a new laptop mobo in yourself, or the cost of getting a professional to do it.
honestly, im quite new to this. i wanna chnage the processor, hard drive and stuff.
so i gotta get a whole new case? or is the processor in the acer 4920 changable?
as for laptops, cant we even change the graphic card?
