No. Unless you purchase a motherboard exactly the same, you will not be able to. (and then it's tricky becuase you have to deal with the keyboard, and other components "hardwired" into the laptop mobo. Also, in laptops there is no such standards like mATX, Mini ITX, ATX ect.
Each laptop Motherboard is unique to that manufacturer. It wouldn't be worth the risk trying to put a new laptop mobo in yourself, or the cost of getting a professional to do it.

He is right. Even if everything else was fine, the mobo won't fit with the case.

If you want a new mobo and processer and hard drive, then just build. It is pretty easy.

Well you would have to get the case for the mobo you buy.

And, I think the CPU may be soldered down, as there aren't any that pop up for sale. So it wouldn't be.

I say again, if you want to replace all those parts, start fresh, and build.
 
basically you cant do anything custom with a laptop short of adding RAM and a new hard drive. If you want to upgrade the processor etc. you have to build your own desktop, or upgrade an existing desktop. And even then upgrading a manufacturers pc is always difficult and risky at times. Best bet is starting fresh and building your own desktop then upgrading it as time goes by. Theres nothing like the familiarity with a handbuilt system. hope this helps!
 
Why would you want to fool around with a laptop since you are new to computer? it is best to fool around a desktop conmputer. most parts in a laptop computers are soldered on the main board except the hard drive and ram.
 
I need to build a PC for gaming but I don know which motherboard will be good for that. Anybody can help me please. If anybody can suggest full configeration that will be very much appriciated.
