hey my 2 brothers seem to use all the internet (20gb) within a fue days so when i need it there is none there so is there a way to limit there bandwidth to 5 gb per monthand after they have used 5gb there internet conection will be cut off
 
They must be torrenting or constantly downloading music or something, which in most cases is illegal. Not much you can do besides ask them to stop.
 
Have you considered getting a bigger internet package? might be the right solution to something like this it is unfortuante but it is still unlikely that your family will listen to you, you could put a block on the sites they're torrenting from that might stop them from using it all up and a lot of people probably wouldn't even figure out what you did.
