It may be a typo, and that may be why noone has pointed it out, but to be clear i think you meant to type CPU, as in central processing unit, not gpu, which is Graphics Processor Unit and is the same thing as a graphics card.I'm wanna build a new pc but confuse on the GPU and Graphic gard....
As of yet pci-e is not a huge jump from agp, new cards still dont use all the bandwidth available to them. The best of pci-e currently is sliBoth cards suck. If you're getting socket 939, at least pci-express gfx cards, and cheapest decent one would be a 6600gt.
This wont hold true for much longer, games taking advantage of both cores will be more common, there are already many multithreaded gamesSIngle cores rule in gaming.
The fact that games are single core is not the reason why fx is better.FX will perform a lot better in games since games are single threaded and take advantage of the faster single core
well neither of those are videocards (or gpus for that matter). they both refer to CPUs... have a look at CPU 101.i'm wanna build a new pc but confuse on the gpu and graphic gard...
between AMD x2 and fx... which one is better?
Even tho 99% of people wont notice a difference if they go dualcore for gaming...SIngle cores rule in gaming.
ExceptFX will perform a lot better in games since games are single threaded and take advantage of the faster single core
Neither of those cards have thermal diodes so it wont matter (unless you happen to have a temeperature probe)anyone know any software that can monitor graphic card temperature?
Single threaded ... not single cored...The fact that games are single core is not the reason why fx is better.
