As I'm not very good with computers and my brother wants a computer to play games on High settings, if you can please advise me if this PC will be able to. cheers

Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8200
(2.33GHz)
4GB Ram
465GB Hard drive
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
Windows Vista Home Premium
64bit OS

That video card is a low level card. You won't be able to play any high demanding games.

With that GPU you're not really going to be playing games, I'm afraid.
