Help!!

hey everyone
im frequent reader of these forums(specially this one) cuz i like to check out new things...but i never posted b4
i was wondering if i can ask for some help from the regular posters here, i have a reverse engineering report due next friday and its abt a Cd-drive and im actuallly havin some trouble doing.
we r supposed to talk briefly abt all subsystems and develop the head
so if anyone can give me some info or references id be more than welcome

go around and read the 101's. They explain most of the components of the computer. I think there's one for the cpu, videocard, ram, harddrive, cd/dvd drives and powersupply.
